Senior 3D Generalist

**Description** The 3D generalist will work under the 3D supervisor in order to fully develop the CG assets/environments of a project, using several disciplines and software. **Duties and Responsibilities** - Create full photoreal CG assents/environments following the guidelines defined by the client and supervisors. - To do all kinds of 3D vfx assignments depending on project and skill set, including modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, rendering, and environments. - Realizing the artistic vision of the VFX Supervisor with possible guidance from the CG Supervisor. - Be able to work with other departments (dmp, comp, layout, modelers) understanding their requirements. - Provide technical and artistic solutions. - Use the studio workflow and ensure all the upstream/downstream departments have what they require. - Consistently delivering shots that are creatively and technically excellent. **Qualifications** - Proven experience building CG assets/environments (Assets, terrains, hard surfaces, vegetation, clouds, etc). - Expert Maya user. - Advanced Houdini User - Minimum of 5 years working in a feature environment or equivalent high-res experience. - Good knowledge of Arnold. - Good knowledge of Mari/Substance. - Good knowledge of Zbrush. - Experience with Nuke and Photoshop is preferable, at least for basic projections and cg layer management. - Flexibility to adapt to pipelines and a problem-solving mentality. - Fluent Spanish and English language skills, spoken and written. - Eligible to work in Spain. - Scripting skills are a plus. **What can we offer you?** - El Ranchito Benefits: We offer you a Flexible Retribution System which adapts employee salaries to their personal needs, offering our employees the possibility of receiving part of one’s salary in restaurant vouchers, public transport, childcare, and/or private health insurance. - El Ranchito gives you the opportunity to work on international and national projects for feature films and TV Series of different platforms such us Netflix, HBO, Apple TV, Disney+, etc. You can learn about some of our current projects in the "In Production" section of our website. - We offer a competitive salary depending on the market rely and personal background, skills, and experience. **What else?** - An excellent work environment - Team-building events - Physiotherapy at the office for an exceptionally low price - Last but not least, free coffee and fruit in our offices - 22 working days of holiday per year, plus regional holidays If you are interested...** APPLY NOW** Looking forward to meeting you
