Key responsibilities
- Costumer invoicing
- Control invoices suppliers
- Verification and control of payments
- Data entry in the accounting programme
- Preparation of documentation for the company's tax consultancy firm
- Claiming payments from clients
- Able to produce clear, accurate and concise analysis for partners management review
- Support to the outsourcing office preparing quarterly and annual tax declaration, company tax, pay slips.
Knowledge, skills and qualifications
- Accountant - three years’ experience in similar position preferably in an international Law Firm
- Degree in Economics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (especially Excel)
- Fluent English and Spanish are essential oral and written
- Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to interact directly with colleagues and management
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
