**Title**:SuccessFactors Implementation Lead (Employee Central, LMS, EC Benefits)

**Duration: 3-12 months - Based on Performance**

**Location: REMOTE**
- Understand and have implemented SuccessFactors - Employee Central, LMS, EC Benefits modules
- Ability to work with Key Data from Employee Central, LMS, EC Benefits modules to complete data mapping and structure analysis of: purging, splitting and identifying correct organizational data for a cloned SF instance for a subsidiary of a Corporate Organizational entity
- Ability to test migrated for all three in-scope modules and have discussion with appropriate client data around issues, fixes and remedial actions
- Certified within the Employee Central, LMS, EC Benefits modules of SuccessFactors is a plus (Not required)
- Work with partner to configure the functionality in the system

**Responsibilities**:Establish standard processes and tools to gather SuccessFactors enhancement requirements.**
- Conduct and review gap analysis between SuccessFactors and stated customer requirements.
- Work with Partner to Design Future SuccessFactors based on the business requirements.
- Establish a robust set of consistent processes to be adhered to by all module leads in the areas of security, testing, release management, configuration management, documentation, etc. This includes user procedures and guidelines.
- Assist in the review, testing and implementation of all SF modules.

**Requirements**:Must have SuccessFactors experience specifically in the following modules: Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and/or Onboarding.**
- **1-2 years’ experience with legacy to SF data migration and testing of same**:

- Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
- Strong understanding of database design, tools, structure, functions and processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: 75.00€ - 125.00€ per hour
