As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will be part of an agile group of Software and Platform Engineers, removing complexity from feature developers so they can focus on delivering the maximum value to sennder’s customers.

We value strong engineering skills, a deep understanding of business, full ownership, high velocity, collaboration, and initiative.

In this role you will
- Build, and improve a core tools and libraries ecosystem, including an internal developer portal that enables teams for quick high-quality code delivery.
- Bringing in development skills to do more and push further our integrations (current mainstream integrations: AWS, Datadog, Terraform, Sentry, Auth0).
- Participate in building and running the feedback loops with the Engineering community

Preferably you are
- Experience with multiple development languages, preferably Python or Typescript
- Knowledge of engineering and development principles and best practices
- Proficiency with cloud-based services (AWS)
- Proficiency in CI/CD with GitLab CI.
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, AWS CDK (nice to have)
- Proven professional experience in DevOps/DevSecOps
- Experienced with open source technologies and eager to discover more
- A fast learner, capable of ingesting knowledge in little time assist community members
- A proponent of best practices, quality work, who will lead by example and show the way to fellow Engineers when given the occasion.
- Fluent in English, in oral and written form.
