We are looking a** Logistic Engineer **to join our Production Plant based in Getafe.

Your mission as Logistics Engineer will be to ensure the manufacturing lead time improving the logistics efficiency.
- Key Functions:_
- Review and design logistics operations to improve the company's efficiency.
- Propose, follow and encourage action plans to reduce impacts and achieve objectives.
- Define and ensure manufacturing lead time reduction plans.
- Accompany a reliable planning according to the parameters of the industrial plan and the procurement of the necessary consumables.
- Provide strategy by having the perspective of the current situation, anticipate and act to create future scenarios in advance.
- Generate positive impact relationships for the business.
- Analysis and monitoring of the main KPI's of the business.
- Actively participate in the factory's 4.0 digitalization project.

**Profile**:

- Industrial Engineer
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes - luxury retail sector is a plus -, with a minimum previous experience of 2-3 years in the logistics field.
- English B1
- Complementary training in continuous improvement tools
- High level of EXCEL and PowerBI is a must.
