**Your mission**:
Based in our office in Tenerife you will be the interface for our Spanish colleagues for Digital Workplace & Collaboration Services. In your role you will be closely connected to our international Corporate IT team, with its headquarter in Germany. This role is initially set up as part time job with 25 hours per week with a possibility to increase working hours in the future.

**Your tasks in details will be as follows**:
Be the IT interface for our Spanish colleagues incl. the support of on/off boarding process of employees regarding Workplace related issues and hardware reparations
Be responsible for lifecycle management and documentation of our internal client infrastructure
Monitor, maintenance and care of the corresponding systems, including support in the implementation of updates and release upgrades
Support in IT related infrastructure (Server room, infrastructure, networking, internet)
Be accountable for IT assets inventory
Support in comprehensive IT projects as well as independent takeover of sub-projects in cooperation with cross functions, e.g. Administration, Data privacy etc.

**Your qualifications**:
Proven experience as an IT allrounder in administration, operational management, monitoring and support of IT operations within an international environment
Experienced in administration of Microsoft Office 365 environments, Sharepoint, Azure & intune
Basic knowledge of scripting and programming languages
Experienced to work in an international and cross-located team
Pragmatic hands-on and customer oriented way of working
You are fluent in Spanish and English. Further languages are an advantage
