**Position**: We are looking for a PR & Communication Assistant (6 months internship, renewable) to support the PR team and participate in the following tasks: - Manage editorial requests and liaise with international offices to facilitate these requests. - Oversee sample tracking and maintenance of Fashion GPS showroom system (Launchmetrics) - Coordinate the organization of the PR showroom and stockroom and manage stocktakes. - Work with the team to pitch for Louis Vuitton articles print and online. - Oversee the compilation of editorial reports for Paris HQ and maintenance of editorial archives. - Manage contact databases, sample orders, invoices, general administrative tasks and day-to-day running of the department. - Event management support. **Profile**: What we are looking for: - A degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital or PR/media - Previous experience within an agency and/or corporation in luxury industry sector - Strong knowledge of regional media and media contacts - Desirable knowledge of video editing programs and/or digital animations - Be a self-starter and autonomous in terms of agenda and priorities, organizational skills - Attention to detail and the capacity to thrive under pressure - Great people skills, capacity to effectively interact with various stakeholders - Strong interest for the brand & the luxury sector - Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint - Fluent in English & Spanish *** Conditions: Eligible to sign a "contrato de prácticas" for 6 months (renewable up to 1 year).
