En Lucta necesitamos desarrollar sistemas de información ESG globales, esenciales para dar cumplimiento a los nuevos requerimientos normativos en materia de reporting y ayudar a focalizar nuestro impacto positivo para las personas y el planeta.

Buscamos a una persona proactiva y analítica, con una sólida base técnica, que quiera asumir el reto de gestionar gran volumen de información con el objetivo de mejorar los sistemas de reporting ESG y dar soporte en los procesos de toma de decisiones.

**Las responsabilidades**:

- Gestionar la obtención de datos para la elaboración del reporting de ESG asegurando el cumplimento normativo y de estándares de referencia a la vez que se cumple con los distintos plazos de entregas.
- Trabajar conjuntamente con otras áreas como IT, HR, Finanzas y Compras para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de informes de ESG, incluyendo los de divulgación acorde, CSRD y la taxonomía de la UE.
- Desarrollar herramientas para la estandarización y mejora de la calidad de los datos globales ESG.
- Diseñar juntamente con el área de sistemas los cuadros de mando de Sostenibilidad.
- Actualización y adecuación normativa en materia de reporting global ESG.
- Dar continuidad a iniciativas que vayan orientadas a obtener mejores ratings de sostenibilidad.
- Gestionar proyectos relevantes del ámbito de sostenibilidad con diferentes unidades del negocio.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Ciencia de datos, Industriales o similar.
- Más de 5 años de experiência en gestión, análisis y entrega de datos.
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de manejo de datos.
- Nível avanzado de Excel.
- Inglés / Español alto.

- Formación en aspectos de ESG.
- Experiência con ERP y softwares relacionados con Business Intelligence /Analytics.
- Project Management.
