**About the job**

In this role, you will be expected to develop copy that reflects our brand's voice and speaks directly to our customers' needs and desires. Your work will play a critical role in building lasting relationships with our audience, enhancing customer loyalty, and driving engagement through effective CRM communications.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop creative and persuasive copy for CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Art Director to create cohesive and engaging customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.
- Tailor content for various customer segments, using data-driven insights to inform messaging strategies.
- Work closely with the CRM Strategist and Data Analyst to refine copy based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and digital marketing.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably within CRM, digital marketing, or advertising.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo is a plus.ing relationships with our audience, enhancing customer loyalty, and driving engagement through effective CRM communications

**Good to have**
- A portfolio showcasing strong and successful CRM campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and workflows.
- Experience in a B2B and B2C environment.
