Clarity AI is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to help us develop and deploy our models at scale, so that we can continue to deliver the best quality sustainability data to our customers and partners. Machine Learning models are an integral part of Clarity AI’s strategy to provide transparent, accurate, consistent and high coverage metrics for impact investing, as efficiently as possible.

You would be joining a team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers based in Madrid.

**Requirements**:
Expectations for the role
- Define and implement best practices for development, experimentation, collaboration, deployment and monitoring of ML models in accordance with our objectives and priorities.
- Design, build, evaluate, ship, and refine Clarity’s ML products with hands-on ML development and deployment.
- Help drive optimization, testing, and tooling to improve the quality of the ML deliverables.
- Help other members of the Data Science team work more effectively.
- Ensuring we are aligned with our colleagues in Engineering and collaborate closely with cross functional teams.
- Keeping up to date with the latest developments in MLE.
