At Monday we are looking for an **Accountant Associate** for our Finance department which is in full expansion process.

***What is the position about?**:
As **Accountant Associate** your mission will be to perform accounting, basically.
Operational management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, taxes, as well as performing bank reconciliations and other related administrative operations.
For this position you will need a strong attention to detail and rigor in process compliance.
You’ll be the key to making it all add up

***What profile are we looking for?**:

- Professional with a higher degree in Administration and Finance.
- At least 1-2 years of experience performing accounting functions.
- Experience in SAP Business One and experience with KAT Treasury is a must.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Intermediate Excel level.
- Rigorous, proactive and organizational skills.

***Okay soWhat am I going to do?**:
At the end of the day: accounting. But wait, read more:

- Registration and maintenance of the ERP system (SAP Business One): you will create contracts, journal entries and post invoices.
- Accounts receivable: you will review monthly invoicing, collections and items pending credit.
- Bank reconciliation (KAT Treasury): you will register the bank movements in our ERP, as soon as you can.
- Reporting: you will support our Head of Finance with regard to possible deviations in invoicing and you will participate in the preparation of group reports.
