**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- Lead Work Package development belonging to following area.
- Monitoring and control of project execution performance.
- Efficient reporting and review development.
- Organize and support project related review meetings (Gate review, Milestone review).
- Dashboard and KPIs.
- XEP and XE Management reporting.
- Development of Project Management methodologies.
- Standardizes project management activities and processes.
- Formalizes these sets of methods and practices (templates, checklists ).
- XE-PDP maintenance and further improvements related tasks.
- Manage tool related requirement and roll out.

**Your Skills & Strengths**
- Engineering degree, Business degree or similar.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a project manager for automotive sector or similar.
- Good written and spoken language skills in English (C1) and Spanish (B2).
- Project and Program Management.
- Understanding of interactions between development, purchasing and industrialization.
- Knowledge of automotive quality standards.
- Project Financial understanding.
- Change Management understanding.
- Ability to enforce new methodology to the PM.
- Structure approach to foster efficient work.
