**Deskside Engineer - Mobility on several accounts in Madrid area**:
Location: Madrid | Job-ID: 204691 | Contract type: Permanent

**We are looking for Deskside Engineer available to move and support multiple accounts in Madrid area**:
The standard scope of this role includes:
errors, operating system issues).
- On-site support.
- Install current Microsoft operating systems for PC’s, onto a desktop and laptop
- Load an image onto a desktop and laptop.

- Install (unpack, connect to the network and test) standard desktops, laptops,

printers and peripherals.
- Replace components in both desktops and laptops (e.g. hard drives, processors,

fans etc.).
- Understand complex desktop and laptop installations and configurations.
- 2nd Line Support of PCs & Laptops.
- Customer Service.
- Performing other IT related actions as guided by CC.
- Ensuring all work is carried out to the agreed quality and service levels.
- Mobility for the Technician is needed for carrying out the service in different sites. Specially for the whole Madrid area and Guadalajara.

Pre-Requisites & Experience
- Studies: Ciclo Formativo de Grado medio en Informática.
- Experience: at least 2-3 years at least in same role.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Driving licence is required for the position.
- Be available to pass a vetting DB-AZ.
- Knowledge and experience in Mercedes, Alstom, Michelin and UCB (Computacenter accounts).
- Electronic knowledge and studies related to this field.

Conditions:

- Shift goes from 8 to 5pm or from 9 to 6pm.
