**As a member of CIB Banking CoE (Center of Expertise), you will work with different product and business units within CIB helping them develop data-based products and generating data-driven decisions.

**About the job**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand needs and requirements.
- Identify necessary data and be responsible for data exploration, including data harmonization and preparation.
- Develop, maintain and optimize robust data pipelines that transform data into business insights using Python and PySpark in the ADA (AWS) platform.
- Design and implement analytic solutions based on statistical analysis and machine learning.
- Create reports with your findings, formulate recommendations, and effectively present your conclusions to analytic and non-analytic audiences.
- Collaborate with IT teams to convert analytical proof of concepts into productive modules.
- Maintain, monitor and evolve analytical solutions.
- Use your communication skills to share the results of your analyses.
- Training and collaboration of other less experienced team members.

**Minimum requirements**:

- 3+ years experience in constructing analytic solutions to business problems.
- Degree/Master in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
- Enthusiasm for using data to solve business problems, and an understanding of the algorithms, data processing methods and visualization techniques required.
- Good communication and presentation skills, storytelling based on data.
- Proactive and constructive attitude and team player.
- Create a good working environment.
