- Leid functionele analyses en workshops bij klanten om hun behoeften helder in kaart te brengen.
- Neem de leiding in de implementatie, configuratie, testing en het onderhoud van projecten bij klanten.
- Zorg voor de perfecte werking van processen, systemen en tools, zodat onze klanten probleemloos verder kunnen.
- Zet markttrends om in waardevolle verbeteringen voor het **X-Tend basispakket**, de SD Worx Payroll Add-on op **Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O**.
- Bied deskundige support en advies aan klanten en help ze hun doelen te bereiken.
- Bouw sterke vertrouwensrelaties op met klanten en anticipeer op hun veranderende behoeften.
- Speel een actieve rol in het uitbreiden van onze dienstverlening door upselling van innovatieve services en tools.
**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**
- Consultancy
- en projectmanagementervaring met klantcontact.
- Diepgaande kennis van **Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O**, Excel en **HR-software**.
- Stevige kennis van **HR-processen** zoals payroll en tijdregistratie.
- Een vlotte communicator met de juiste vaardigheden om klanten effectief te ondersteunen.
