Placer.ai has just raised $100M for Unicorn ($1B+) valuation in Series C funding. **SUMMARY**: We are looking for a motivated financial analyst who will work closely with the Head of Finance in the development and maintenance of forecasts, financial models, budgets, reporting, KPI analysis and maintenance of key company financial schedules. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Support all financial planning and forecasting across the P&L, balance sheet, and company cash flows - In depth analysis of company performance, key KPIs, budget-to-actuals, flux, and cohort analysis - Work closely with the finance, GTM, and operations to track, adjust, monitor and continually improve and granularize annual and monthly budgets - Implement ways of extracting and analyzing operational information, specifically as it relates to sales funnel metrics - Develop, maintain and improve the company’s financial models for analysis - Cross-departmental insights for the operations, marketing, sales development and sales teams to improve internal reporting processes, departmental budgets and non-financial KPIs - Ad hoc projects with finance, accounting and GTM teams **REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS**: - Native or fluent English - A whiz in Excel and Google Sheets, specifically in regards to financial modeling and data analysis - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field - 4+ years of experience in finance, financial modeling and interpreting financial statements - Very analytical, can operate quickly and are able to data-mine, organize, and gain insights from raw financial information - Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards and the budgeting process across a high-growth organization - Able to proactively communicate effectively across departments in a remote environment and are used to working towards deliverable deadlines - Experience with Salesforce a plus - Able to work independently and fully-remote - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Have a strong desire to learn and grow with the company and works well in a small team environment **WHY JOIN PLACER.AI?** - Join a rocketship We are pioneers of a new market that we are creating. - Take a central and critical role at Placer.ai. - Work with, and learn from, top-notch talent. - Competitive salary. - Fully remote. **NOTEWORTHY LINKS TO LEARN MORE ABOUT PLACER** - Placer.ai in a nutshell - Placer.ai's recent $100M round C funding (unicorn valuation) - Placer.ai's data - Placer.ai in the news - COVID-19 Economic Recovery Dashboard - Placer.ai is an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to building a team culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion._
