**Description**:
**Intertek**, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, for its Industry Services Division is looking for an HSE Representative for a long term project based at supplier in both Tarragona and Avenza areas.
** Responsibilities**:
- Participate in PM meetings and provide safety trending and input.
- Participate in Toolbox talks with contractors.
- Manage safety training requirements on site.
- Participate and provide input to stand downs.
- Walk each yard, observe JSA’s, and provide coaching to employees and contractor safety staff.
- Join daily SIMOPS meetings.
- Assist with investigations when assigned.
- Verify incident investigation corrective actions.
- Send Incident Notifications to Client's management.
- Discuss trends with contractors for them to address during weekly mass meetings.
- Conduct a weekly safety site walk with contractor management and mínimally two HSSE Gemba walks per week.
- Maintain incident reporting and management database.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in HSE management or coordination in similar contests and projects in the oil and gas field.
- Strong knowledge of SIMOPS, JSA, and field safety practices, with ability to coach and influence contractors.
- Fluent in English;
- Availability to travel between sites (Tarragona / Avenza).
