**Job Description Summary**: As Digital Marketing Manager EMEA you will define a sound digital strategy for the Surgery business in EMEA and ensure infrastructure, organization, tools & deployment, in full alignment with the BD marketing priority to digitalize key touchpoints in the customer journey to increase demand generation and revenue capture through improved multichannel effectiveness.
This role will be critical in accelerating an omnichannel commercial model in the region that is better, faster, more efficient, provides meaningful enhancements to the customer experience, and reduces manual efforts in business processes to deliver significant business impact for BD.

- **About the role**
**As Digital Marketing Manager EMEA you will** **define a sound digital strategy for the Surgery business in EMEA and ensure infrastructure, organization, tools & deployment, in full alignment with the BD marketing priority to digitalize key touchpoints in the customer journey to increase demand generation and revenue capture through improved multichannel effectiveness.
This role will be critical in accelerating an omnichannel commercial model in the region that is better, faster, more efficient, provides meaningful enhancements to the customer experience, and reduces manual efforts in business processes to deliver significant business impact for BD.
- **Main responsibilities will include**:
- Audit the current infrastructure, contents, database, tools, and processes to identify and raise best-in-class omnichannel programs.
- Collaborate and work effectively with the European marketing team to ensure strategic alignment and the cross-functional teams, such as, MA, RA, as well as the global platform.
- Drive regular and impactful internal communications with the relevant partners on Surgery Omnichannel plans and achievements.
- Work in close collaboration with MARCOM COE on the development of a complete and consistent digital communication environment, starting with audit and analysis, the foundations, to then connect the whole ecosystem and build integrated campaigns.
- Ensure our customers easy access to our educational material in Surgery and BD Surgery solutions and supporting information
- Driving market research activities to best define content strategy, and by the “persona approach” for Surgery Omnichannel program
- **About you**
- Strong, proven digital marketing experience
- Good strategic marketing skills, including demonstrated success in launching key programs in health sector, in multi-country setting
- Fluent English and additional European languages would be an advantage
- Strong and Impactful Communicator, Design Thinking, Data analytics skills
