Program Manager

For our Retail Division, we are looking for:
**PROGRAM MANAGER**

**What you will do **

The program manager ensures compliance to the Sensormatic Solutions PMO guidelines and goals for project execution. The PGM monitors and improves the regional project execution, using the approved Project methodologies and tools. The PGM tracks compliance of the usage of the project management tool.

**How you will do it**
- Analyses and defines Gaps in the current Project management structure
- Ensures alignment to the PMO strategy in the regional PM departments
- Creates relationships with all project managers in his/her PMO region
- Creates governance processes
- Guide dependency management across projects and PMO programs to be developed
- Guides the change control process
- Monitors and report compliance to the PMO strategy
- Facilitates training for project managers in the region
- Evaluates tools, standards, and methodologies for a pro-active PMO
- Documents tools, standards, and project methodology for fast regional adaption
- Analyses to improve the current pool of PMs, per region/ country
- Analyses to improve current structure of reporting line of engineers to PMs
- Identifies mínimal PMs Skills to ensure efficient Project Management execution
- Optimize PMs Resources per country
- Creates visibility to the region wide productivity and performance
- Analyses trends in project execution for a pro-active change management in PMO
- Governance of the Regions human capital satisfaction and operational health

**What we are looking for **
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering or related field.
- Project Management Qualification or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English is required
- Additional Languages will be gratefully appreciated
- Ability to work on own initiative
