We are looking for an **Account Payable Specialist with Russian or Uzbek** for the Accounts Payable team based in **Barcelona**. You will be responsible for timely resolution of vendor/internal discrepancies related to outstanding vendor invoice issues. You will be coordinating and liaising effectively with a wide range of clients including suppliers as well as internal customers from various departments.
**As Accounts Payable Specialist, you will**:
- Investigate and resolve all incoming queries from suppliers, buyers and requisitioners.
Reconcile vendor accounts.
- Work with various team members and lead new country and process implementations being the experts of your country specifics.
- Process IL vendor invoices in SAP.
- Backup for other countries depending on language.
**You will have**:
- Fluent in **Russian, Uzbek and English** (additional **EMEA languages** would be beneficial).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and positive attitude.
- Highly organized and task prioritization. Working under time pressure.
- IT Knowledge: MS Office. SAP would be beneficial.
- 2-3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in Accounts payable/finance function.
- Preferably education in Business Administration or Economics.
