**Job Purpose**
The IT Project Consultant will support to deliver key projects to improve the experience of our customers.
**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Translating key CX projects into business requirements for IT, providing the necessary input, information and follow up to ensure execution meets Customer department expectations.
- Designing of business rules and key technical aspects making sure projects can be timely, accurately, and effectively delivered.
- Supporting project management and overall governance through in-depth knowledge about technical systems and airline business needs.
- Ensuring successful deliveries and its continuous improvements, always considering the necessary coordination with the relevant business and systems stakeholders.
- Offering solutions to the different needs that may arise during projects development whilst protecting timelines and roadmap milestones.

**Education**
- University Degree in Mathematics / Computer Science / Statistics / Economic / other related topic.
**Experience**
- 2+ years of experience acting as IT Business Owner / Project Consultant.
- Project management or airline operations background preferred.
- Solid knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
**Competencies**
- Problem solver with excellent analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, extremely resourceful and able to collaborate across teams.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
