Ml Engineer

**What are we looking for?** We are looking for a ML Engineer to join the Data & Analytics team to deploy, monitor, manage and govern the lifecycle of our data science models on our AWS platform. Your objective will also provide help in migrating our current models deployed on our on-premise model platform to our new cloud environment, while also managing part of the retraining and support workflows. Your day to day will be the following: - To automate the deployment, monitoring, and management of ML models into production in a scalable and fully governed way using our new cloud environment (AWS). - To manage the services running upon production environments. - To maintain and create reports of the models in production while understanding the challenges and functioning of the models. - To migrate current AI solutions to AWS. - To research, experiment with, and implement suitable ML algorithms and tools. - To explore and visualize data for better understanding and identify differences in data distribution that could impact model performance when deploying it in real-world scenarios. - To collaborate with different stakeholders and explain complex AI solutions to non-technical audiences. **What do we need?** - Minimum BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical/data intensive field. - Have good knowledge of Supervised and Unsupervised Learning, Machine Learning & Predictive Modelling. - Experience in Backend/ Software Engineering and with a key interest in every aspect of ML and AI. - Programming experience in Python and Pyspark. - Experience in working with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and Keras. - Experience in working with various ML libraries and packages like Scikit learn, Theano, Tensorflow, Matplotlib, Caffe, etc. - Excellent knowledge of Linux and experience in deploying software. - Experience in deploying models in AWS Cloud and using Amazon SageMaker Studio to cover the entire machine learning workflow. - Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. - Good communication skills and problem-solving capabilities. - Proactive. - Strong drive for excellence. - Fluent in Spanish and English. **For being from Zurich** At Zurich we want to take care of you and these are some of your benefits: - Flexible compensation. - Restaurant card. - Home office voucher. - Flexwork: 20 hours a week to work where and when you want. - Pension plan - Life insurance. - Bank and insurance offer. - Discount in gyms. - Zurich Wellness, sports activities. - Zurich Sports Club, free registration for marathons and popular races. - Free English classes. **About us** Our nearly 55,000 employees in more than 215 countries and territories are the foundation of our success.
