**Job Purpose**

Reporting directly to the Flight Dispatch Manager, their mission will be the follow the flights with AIMS and WSI Fusion, according to the existing and applicable legal guidelines.

**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Operational flight plans (OFP) development and check route, altitude, weight, airways locations, times, weather conditions, required fuel, etc. mistakes, according to OM.
- Flight Operations Assistant (FOA) provides support, assistance and acts as baking to the commander. The duty is on a non-shared system, it belongs only and exclusively to the commander
- To verify the take-off/landing permits validity for the projected flight.
- To guarantee that each flight under his/her control is safely planned and accordantly to all applicable Regulations.
- To take responsibility for ATC flight plan management.
- To verify adequate fuel load for scheduled flights, considering the relative fuel cost in each station, according with the information provided by Flight Ops Department.
- To take all necessary actions to guarantee a safety and punctual operation according to OM and operational procedures, in a profitable way.
- To monitor the meteorology and the publication of NOTAM as appropriate for the operation to reduce to the minimum the potential interruptions.

**Education**
- Operations Technician or equivalent grade.
- Flight dispatching course

**Competencies**
- Proactive, teamwork and capability to work under pressure.
- Resolute, flexible and effective person.
- Ability to analyze with attention to detail and organized.

**Languages**
- English B2
- Spanish C1

**Other**
- Availability to work in morning/evening/night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of computers
- knowledge in SMS and Compliance Monitoring
