Estamos seleccionando un **Process Team Lead**para nuestra planta de Palafolls:
**Tus responsabilidades incluirán**:

- Organización y supervisión del equipo de process experts y soporte de las operaciones diarias en producción y shopfloor.
- Responsable de la investigación de desviaciones, quejas y escalados en producción para garantizar una resolución rápida y conforme a las normas.
- Impulsa la excelencia operativa y las acciones de productividad en toda la unidad/área.
- Supervisa y analiza los KPI y las métricas de la unidad, responsable de implementar las acciones de mejora.
- Responsable de la revisión de los SOP/CAPA/CR/BR y garantizar la preparación para auditorías/inspecciones.
- Revisión y aprobación de Master Batch Records junto con PU Head
- Desarrollar y mantener las descripciones de los puestos de trabajo del personal de producción

**Qué debes aportar al rol**:
**Requisitos indispensables**:

- Título universitario en Ingeniería, Ciencias, o sólida experiência en empresa farmacéutica y normativas GxP. Conocimientos avanzados en SAP
- Sólida experiência y capacidad en liderazgo de equipos.
- Excelentes habilidades de gestión de proyectos, planificación y coordinación de actividades.
- Mínimo 5 años experiência en industria farmacéutica estéril.
- Español e Inglés fluidos

**Requisitos valorables**:

- 2 años experiência en rol de mánager en entorno GMP.
- Conocimientos técnicos en procesos y equipos químicos y/o farmacéuticos preferiblemente en fabricación estéril.
- Comprensión de los procesos de fabricación y los equipos de proceso e instalaciones relacionadas.
- Conocimientos avanzados en SAP.
