Within this dynamic role you will be responsible for managing planned and reactive maintenance activities for Spotlight Group Holding’s Stores and Assets including the management of minor capital works projects. This role will be responsible for the management of plumbing, roofing, building and handyman, and landscaping services.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Contractor performance management and portfolio performance reporting.
- Strategically manage the planned and reactive maintenance requirements of your FM portfolio.
- Liaising with service providers to coordinate quote requests and work orders.
- Review of technical service reports and provide stakeholders with recommendations for facility management.
- Overseeing and project managing minor capital works project.
- Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the business to ensure that delivery expectations are met with low financial risk and operational risk.
- Ensure work is delivered in line with compliance and Work Health Safety standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis of various facility related issues.
- Being responsive to the external after hours contact centre.
- Review and negotiation of quotes.

**About You**:

- Must have demonstrated experience in a similar or relevant position in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service orientation.
- Must have extensive knowledge and experience managing building maintenance or projects in relation to building services and infrastructure.
- Strong understanding on delivering facilities services.
- Experience with building and property inspections.
- High-level interpersonal skills in order to influence and provide key information to support decisions made by a diverse stakeholder group.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- IT Literate (knowledge of Microsoft products).
- Humility and a willingness to put yourself in the shoes of your team and customers.
