As we continue this journey, we have identified the need for an Office 365 Technical Business Analyst to support the various O365 projects implementation that we have in our roadmap. This role needs a deep understanding of the various aspects of Office 365 ranging from user experience to adoption to data security. Reporting into the Office 365 Product Management Lead, you will responsible for the acquisition and management of requirements for new projects whilst helping maintain and enhance adoption across O365 suite. **What you'll be doing**: - Elicit and document requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, user stories task and workflow analysis. - Work closely with Office 365 Program / Project Managers and cloud architects to analyze and feedback on the O365 feature related requests provided by them. - Have primary responsibility for backlog management, maintaining the quality of user stories and acceptance criteria for an agile project - Provide the primary point of coordination between local market delivery teams and global delivery teams - Coordinate and oversee stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring continued alignment with local and global strategies. - Perform in-depth data analysis which includes, but is not limited to, data profiling and data mapping between multiple data sources. - Keep up to date by means of self-learning with all new and existing features of all Office 365 productivity tools. - Keep an eye on Office 365 roadmap and inform the Program Managers about any upcoming features / changes that might need change management. - Liaise directly with the originators of the queries where necessary, to gather more information. - Liaise with other WPP IT and operating companies' technology teams to record any dependencies, understand their viewpoint of the requirements. - Liaise with 3rd party providers with integrations into Office 365 where necessary. - Liaise directly with Microsoft Customer Support Team to fill in the missing gaps, clarify ambiguity in documentation, follow-up on the progress and timelines of any changes due, and items on the office 365 roadmap. - Generate and provide ad-hoc Office 365 reports from Microsoft admin portal to the Office 365 Program Managers to satisfy business requirement. - Suggest process changes and improvements, highlight business training needs where necessary, based on the type of queries being received and their frequency. **What you'll need**: - Demonstrable experience of agile business analysis techniques - business process modelling, scenarios, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, etc. - Proven stakeholder management skills working with all levels of an organization. - Minimum 3 years of Office 365 cloud productivity tools experience. - A good understanding of the user experience and differences between similar Office 365 product features like Teams telephony and conferencing, live events, and webinars etc. - Good knowledge and experience of Office 365 security groups, SharePoint Online permissions management, Single Sign-On and multi-factor authentication like OKTA. - The ability to quickly learn and understand new business environments and processes. - Excellent oral and written communication skills - should be able to communicate with all levels of the business using non-technical lingo when necessary. - A proactive "can do" attitude and a willingness to be "hands on". - A natural desire to share knowledge and teach others. - The ability to travel internationally (infrequently). - The ability to work with teams from different time-zones and attend conference calls outside local office hours occasionally. **Who you are**: **You're open**_:_** **We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
