Blue Media Services is looking for an Office Assistant to drive an effective business expansion in the international fast-growing digital marketing company. As an Office Assistant, we expect you to be excellent in time management and problem-solving.
**Who are we?**
Blue Media Services delivers online marketing campaigns to clients in 27 markets (23 are controlled by the European office), we offer our product on a “no cure no pay” solution. We help our customers to optimize and make the online advertising market transparent, clear, and blue.
**Responsibilities**
- Assistance in the paperwork for Finance and HR departments;
- Organize and schedule appointments, events, meetings and business trips;
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies. Order and distribute office supplies as necessary;
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled events;
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party;
- Assist in filling system and document management;
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, etc;
- Receiving and Sending packages, deliveries;
- Coordinate office procedures.
**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of office management and operations;
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multinational team;
- Must be well organized, detail-oriented and have a positive can-do attitude;
- Must possess strong multitasking skills;
- Fluent in English, speech, and writing.
