**In collaboration, we are** working with a **leading Outsourcing/BPO company** seeking a **French-speaking Customer Service Sales Representative** to join their dynamic team in **Barcelona**. This is a fantastic opportunity for **customer-focused professionals** with a **sales mindset** to grow within an **international work environment**.

**Location**: Barcelona, Spain
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Remuneration**: Base salary + bonuses

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Manage inbound calls** and achieve quarterly sales quotas.
**Place outbound calls** as required.
**Create and follow up on sales quotes**.
**Use upselling/cross-selling techniques** to maximize revenue.
**Stay informed about promotions and campaigns** to enhance sales success.
**Maintain strong product knowledge** across the portfolio.
**Handle post-sales customer requests**, including order cancellations, claims, refunds, and escalations.
**Utilize multiple tools** such as CRM & Order Status Suite to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:
**Native or fluent French (C2) and fluent English (B2+)**.
**At least 1 year of relevant experience** in sales or customer service.
**Sales knowledge** (upselling, cross-selling, objection handling).
**Tech-savvy** with solid IT skills and a passion for IT products.
**Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities**.
**Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle pressure**.
**Exceptional customer service skills** with a problem-solving attitude.
**Ability to work independently** while being a strong team player.
