**WHAT’S THE JOB?** MEP Construction Manager.

**TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE ROLE?** The role will suit an individual with highly technical project experience and the ability to design and monitor mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation work on large-scale critical industry projects, specifically a technically complex Data Center project in Madrid.

**WHAT WILL MY RESPONSIBILITIES BE?**
- Control and approval of executing the design plans
- Management of the teams relating to MEP works
- Management of the commercial relationship with the customer
- Managing MEP operations

**WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED?**
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering on industrial building projects with high technical added value
- Graduate from an engineering school with a specialisation in mechanical or electrical engineering
- High technical standards
- Fluency in both Spanish and English. Proficiency in French is a plus.
