**Job Description Summary**: The Fleet & Project Electrical Technical Leader will technically guide a group of LV electrical engineers delivering designs and requirements for fleet and new projects.

In this role, you will ensure the quality and consistency of the deliverables of this group. You will also be responsible for driving complex assignments, making sound decisions and approving documents.

In addition, you will be a relay for the team manager to which you will be reporting.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Drive team activities: regular follow up through daily management system, ensure proper activities planification and workload
- Provide leadership, technical direction, and mentoring to the team to strengthen the discipline, quality, reliability, and rigor of engineering work
- Guide and help team members on day to day work, solving technical issues, and ensuring most efficient path to solve issues is found
- Ensure the design, analysis, or evaluation of the team follows sound engineering principles and adheres to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements to ensure the design meets these requirements
- Responsible for complex assignments with long-term business implications, impacting the products’ technical success.
- Promote design for reliability, partnering cross functionally with stakeholders to drive corrective and preventative actions, ensure cohesive, differentiated, and market-leading technology strategy from design to service, and ensure the return of experience to the new product introduction teams
- Effectively communicate and provide recommendations through analysis, preparation, and presentation of technical material to internal and external audiences
- Identify key product technical risks & mitigation plans and provide timely communications on significant issues or developments.
- Optimize and keep under control team workload and priorities to meet projects and programs deadlines

**Required Qualifications**
- Master's Degree in an Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years proven technology and/or product management experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English

**Desired Characteristics**
- Wind industry experience, preferably Offshore
- Excellent business acumen and customer focus
- Experience in engineering product development and validation processes
- Demonstrated ability to work horizontally across stakeholders in a global environment to influence outcomes
- Strong wind turbine and related component technical and business expertise
- Demonstrated system thinking: ability to assess tradeoffs, effectively assess risk, and optimize results - Ability to break-down complex issues, determine possible courses of action, and enable effective decision making
- Strong technical aptitude, interpersonal skills, high credibility, leading and influencing skills and ability to develop relationships with a positive energy
- Electrical engineering background in LV
