Capgemini Engineering is looking for a talented REPAIR-STRESS ENGINEER to join our Aeronautics, Space and Defence Division working teams which take part in the development of high-tech projects in the field of European Aerospace Industry and in partnership with strongest multinational companies leading the state of the art in global Aerospace Industry.

We need a motivated and skilled Aeronautical Stress Engineer Consultant, showing strong learning potential, team working philosophy and eager to take new professional challenges in a high demanding technological and international environment.

**Your Main Tasks Will Be**

As a REPAIR-STRESS ENGINEER, you will collaborate in the
- Design of repairs and build of Stress substantiations for in service aircrafts events or for manufacturing non-conformities/concessions
- Creation and update of Stress and Fatigue certification reports for parts modifications
- Calculation of new inspection intervals based on fatigue or damage tolerance analysis
- Creation, modification and gathering data from FEM

**Skills And Knowledge**
- Mechanical or Aerospace engineer with experience in Stress within Repair Engineering field (in service or manufacturing)
- Proven experience in OEMs or Main Suppliers in aerospace industry
- Stress analysis proficiency, with hand calculation and FEM based
- Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analysis knowledge with main OEMs methods
- Daily and Major Repairs experience
- Concession and non conformities analysis experience
- Certification of Part Modifications from Stress and Fatigue experience
- FAL/MAP and Design Office experience
- SRM knowledge
- Tools: Catia, Nastran/Patran, ISAMI, Hypermesh, Nasgro
- Good level of English (B2-C1).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
