We're leading the search for an experienced commercial disputes lawyer or litigation funder to take on the responsibility for the sourcing and underwriting of litigation risk opportunities across Southern Europe. You will work extensively with litigation funders, brokers, law firms, and in-house counsel teams providing after-the-event (ATE) insurance products, tailored for European jurisdictions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sourcing and underwriting litigation risk opportunities.
- Collaborating with litigation funders, brokers, law firms, and in-house counsel teams.
- Providing after-the-event (ATE) insurance products.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in commercial disputes or litigation funding.
- Strong understanding of ATE insurance products.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
