Banco de Investimento Global (BiG) is an independent Iberian investment bank. BiG’s Corporate Finance team delivers financial advisory services in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Capital Markets transactions.
BiG is recruiting a Senior Analyst to join its Madrid Corporate Finance team and support the growing business in Spain and international markets.
**Responsibilities**:
: New business initiatives, including pitchbooks to companies and international investors
: Execution of M&A deals, involving industry analysis, financial modelling, company valuation and deal structuring.
: Valuations and financial analysis through modelling.
: Creating management presentations: teasers, pitch books, IM, etc.
Must Have Requirements
: Degree in BA or Economy. Masters in Finance or MBAs is a plus.
: Previous experience in investment banking, M&A, consulting or auditing.
: Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
: Strong academic background / results and financial knowledge (accounting and company valuation) and understanding of financial statements.
: Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to contribute your own ideas and work autonomously.
: Proficiency in the use of Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.
: Attention to detail.
