Qualifications:

- 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Expert level Windows Server administration skills
- Skilled in VMWare administration
- Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- BS in Computer Science or equialent combination of education and experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and embed a culture of knowledge sharing, multi-skilling and succession planning in line with day to day operational demands in order to minimise Single Points of Support and Knowledge.
- Manage and monitor the quality of service delivery, performance and the maintenance of standards. Work with other members of the team to implement continuous improvement solutions to best suit the need of the organisation.
- Development and implementation of server, storage and related infrastructure security processes and compliance requirements.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday, with on call 1 in every 4 weeks. Outside hours as an when necessary
