**About the role**:
**Which tasks can you expect?**- Lead full-cycle integration projects from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.- Design and develop integrations using **UKG APIs, Web Services, Dell Boomi**, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, and other middleware platforms.-
- Collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and vendors to ensure integration, accuracy, performance, and security.- Provide technical expertise in **UKG modules** (e.g., Core HR, Time and Attendance, etc).- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications IDDs, mapping documents, and user guides.- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly to minimize business disruption.- Stay updated on UKG release notes and assess impact on existing integrations.- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and process improvement.
**What do you have to offer?**- **5+ years** of experience in UKG WFC and Pro WFM integration projects.- Proven experience with **UKG**WFC and Pro UKG Dimensions.- Proficient in using **UKG Integration Tools**, including **Integration Hub** and **UKG REST APIs**.- Strong background in **SQL**, T-SQL, GROOVY, JSON, XML, and data transformation.- Deep understanding of **HRIS, payroll processes**, and compliance requirements.- Experience working with middleware and integration platforms (**Dell Boomi**, **MuleSoft**, etc.).- Familiarity with **SFTP, encryption methods (PGP, TLS), OAuth2**, and other secure data transfer protocols.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients or cross-functional teams.
