**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
2. Define and document the different integrations to put in place as part of the program
3. Provide the Program Manager with an overview of feasibility, viability and overall risk of the solution to be put in place
4. Follow up the whole program cycle to ensure the solution meets the architectural requirements, standards and guidelines as established by the design document
5. Act as SPOC for the entire solution and integration design
6. Support the discovery workshops with the client and complete the required documentation
7. Support the delivery and technical setup teams in setup and testing of the solution
8. Validate the final solution implemented at the client

**KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**

1. You have proven to deliver high quality solution designs
2. You have excellent communication skills and can communicate intelligently at all levels
3. You ensure a collaborative way of working
4. You have a positive and solution oriented mindset
5. You have previous HR- and/ or Payroll delivery or services for at least 8 years
6. You have worked in an international environment or have prior knowledge of multi-country implementations
7. You have experience with Success Factors, Workday or similar platforms
8. You have knowledge of data interchange formats such as Json, SFTP, etc.
