**Additional Information**:This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, AC Victoria Suites Hotel. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
AC Victoria Suites is a four-star hotel belonging to Marriott International, the world's largest hotel chain. The hotel is located in Barcelona, in the Pedralbes area, and is seeking a new talent as a Receptionist.
We are looking for dynamic, motivated individuals with initiative and responsibility, and a clear commitment to providing excellent customer service.
The main responsibilities are:
- Perform customer service tasks, following the chain's standards and programs, including individual reservations, occupancy-related management, and room sales.
- Check-in and check-out, managing VIP guest services and requests.
- Acquire guests for the chain's loyalty program, handle guest requests, perform residential concierge duties, and resolve complaints and claims.
- Perform billing, collection, and cash-counting duties.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Professional Category: Employee
Residence: EU
Required Language: English - Professional
- Knowledge of the OPERA PMS. Knowledge of Marriott International tools (Marsha, GXP, Guest Voice) will be a plus.
- Motivation, good teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability to change will be a plus.
- Clear dedication to the customer
- Advanced or professional level of English required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a reception department
