Position: Partner Support Representative

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide Basic SEO optimization recommendations KW gap analysis & partner onsite search recommendations
- Conduct content auditing - 1st pass review of online audit results
- Prepare presentation with key takeaways and actions needed for a given partner
- Provide quality checks & feedback to audit agency as required
- Highlight key gaps on partner site and sharing partner level optimization report
- Onboarding and training the partners on best practices in content
- Troubleshoot any content-related issues
- Monitor use of toolkit execution
- Track improvements and optimizations - provide ROI estimations
- Look after the KPI, Performance analysis and optimization recommendations
- Follow up on KPI reporting from partners regarding digital marketing execution
- Track overall digital business plan execution as requested.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Minimum of 1 year of related online sales and/or digital content management experience
- A university degree in marketing, ecommerce, business administration preferred but other degrees will be considered
- Excellent negotiation, management, and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent presentation skills
- Good computing literacy (Windows, Office, etc.)
- Drive to work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritization
- Knowledge of eMerchandising techniques and web analytics as well as Digital Marketing and SEO working experience will be an advantage.
