**Mission**

The IT Business Analysis Manager stays abreast of new technologies and changes in these areas’ environment to best serve the objectives of the organization. Supports Sales, Commercial, Marketing and Tech Service initiatives/objectives by designing, implementing, and administering electronic data information systems.

Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved initiatives. The IT Business Analysis Manager will support the vision and strategy of the business, acquiring extensive knowledge of Grifols Sales, Commercial, Marketing & Technical Service Department processes to better understand the technology needs and establish a strong partnership to promote the Digitalization Transformation Process within the organization.

**What your responsibilities will be**
- Establishes and manages strategic relationships with IT and business partners to ensure technologic plan and development plan are aligned with the Business vision.
- Participates in the definition, development and maintenance of IT strategic and operation plans that support Grifols mission, values and objectives.
- Continuously improves knowledge of business processes, industry trends and IT Systems to better communicate IT capabilities and support IT solutions development.
- Plays a leading role in the planning of projects from inception through proposal development as well as governing all Project Delivery stages through completion.
- Provides technical Expertise in assessing projects feasibility, cost/time requirements, current systems compatibility and system capabilities alignment with technical requirements.
- Attends training and stay current on new technologies.

- Proven experience of implementing Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud technology in organizations preferably within Biopharma or Pharma Industry.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales processes.
- Project Management methodologies and Practices.
- External Services Management and Best practices.
- Strong leadership ability and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Critical thinker, self-motivated, strong team player with experience working with distributed teams.
- Advance level of English is a must.

**Flexible schedule**: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
