**A Day in the Life**:
As a key member of our Groups Service Team, you'll play a dual role: ensuring exceptional travel experiences for our business clients while also acting as the operational lead for a small team. Dynamic, proactive, and committed, you’ll contribute to making every journey better for our customers and foster collaboration within your team.
**Your Missions**
- Oversee the operational management of air, rail, and car rental bookings.
- Handle disputes and claims with professionalism and efficiency.
- Cultivate strong relationships with outbound suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Tailor services to meet the unique needs of each client, delivering personalized solutions.
- Ensure a high level of service quality, maintaining close communication with customers.
- Drive profitability for the business unit by maximizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage invoicing processes accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in supplier workshops and internal training sessions to stay current with Group processes.
**Team Leadership**:
- Act as the central point of contact for the team of two members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Organize and lead weekly team meetings to align objectives and address challenges.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for client presentations and critical communications.
- Support team members by answering questions, providing guidance, and assisting in resolving complex cases.
- Review budgets and files prepared by the team to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Report directly to the Team Leader for Group Travel France and Spain, ensuring alignment with broader team objectives.
- Fluent in French, Spanish and English.
- Proven experience in the tourism industry, with knowledge of airline trends and market dynamics.
- Enthusiastic, with a great sense of humor and a positive attitude.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership capabilities with a passion for mentoring and supporting others.
- Strong sales aptitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
