**Summary**

Primary support for European Integrated Area Leads/ Area Leads in countries and interaction with relevant functions in EU.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Primary administrative support for ES customer facing team members
- Manage New Vendor Forms and obtain information required for supplier fraud prevention
- Support HCP/HCO Contract management. Print and send contracts, track via excel list, upload signed contracts in ICE360.
- Manage Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order process through the electronic system
- Work with Finance dept. and suppliers to receive correct invoices, containing all legal and Incyte requirements
- Support Marketing in management and tracking of promotional material and other activities
- Initiate and track update of compliance relevant documentation (employees’ CVs & trainings logs; BCP; travel expense receipts (acc. To Spanish law)
- Update and maintain various contact lists
- Handle relevant documents and organize filing system
- Manage orders of office supply for the team
- Join (virtual and F2F) meetings to summarize outcomes and deliver the notes
- Teamwork with Administrative Assistants from other countries on joint meetings and projects
- Contribute positively to a strong culture of business integrity and ethics
- Act within compliance and legal requirements as well as within company guidelines

**Requirements**:

- BA or equal by experience
- 5+ years’ experience working for a multi-national company in similar position
- Well organized, willingness to solve problems and honor deadlines, reliable, perfect communication skills and discretion & ability to handle sensitive information are a must
- Excellent proficiency with Office software systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Skills in ICE 360, Atlas, Oracle would be a plus
- Fluent in English is a must
