**Responsibilities**:

- Combine people, data and technology offering a combined view of internal relationships between stakeholders
- Work closely with clients and partners to prepare a map of IT resources and business procedures with an integrated set of leading ideologies
- Help businesses align IT goals with overall business goals, while helping to organize crossdepartmental IT efforts
- Define an enterprise IT architecture model combining business and technical inputs, existing standards, and the current technical landscape of the company
- Ensure the use of industry and enterprise technology standards across the organization
- Develop enterprise architecture in alignment with the overall IT vision, supporting the information needs of the business
- Conduct and moderate workshops, using a consulting-led and business driven approach, with client and internal stakeholders to get a common understanding of business needs and possible solutions

What we are looking for:

- 10+ years of experience in various roles of technical leadership implementing / managing
- Expert knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Technology Standards programs in medium to large organizations
- At least 4 years of leadership experience in Architecture Strategy, Roadmap, and technologies
- Domain expertise in Digital transformation
- Experience on IT management and business level in large Enterprise clients
- Leadership experience - either leading or as a part of Enterprise Architecture team for large scale enterprise architecture efforts
- Knowledge of current working methods and standards (for example, project management, ITIL, SCRUM, Design Thinking etc.)
- Holistic understanding of IT architectures and operating processes and familiar with latest technologies / trends and services within the IT industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
