**POSITION SNAPSHOT** - Location: Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain - Company: Nestlé España S.A. - Temporary contract to cover a maternity leave. *** Deliver short and long term "copacking" plans to ensure finished goods are available with high freshness, at the right stock location to meet customer demand. Executes and assess feasibility of short-term changes, in terms of components and packaging material, and the alignment between stakeholders (Suppliers & Categories) Identify areas of improvement in current solution, analyze root causes of recurrent issues and propose changes in WoW to solve them. **A DAY IN THE LIFE ** - Convert Copacking Plan (Purchase Requisitions) into Purchase Orders for our suppliers (Copackers), assuring its feasibility in terms of components and packaging material. - Define stock cover policy and assure stock availability according to it. - Service level follow up and analysis. - Communicate at medium-short term with Demand Planners/ DSP Manager risks of supply and provide alternatives, work-arounds or best-case scenarios. - Controls salvage/Wastage of Copacked SKU's, analyses root causes and gives visibility to each category. Propose and implement solutions to minimize bad goods considering cost. - Provide inputs for OpDSR in the business (Exception/WOR Business) for discussion. - Performs GSTD to find root causes of recurrent issues and proposes improvements in WoW. - Solve invoice discrepancies by addressing to the corresponding internal stakeholder. - Cooperates with all Business Excellence initiatives related to Subcontracting and contributes to the continuous improvement of the function by proposing, coordinating or leading when required. **ARE YOU A FIT?** - Previous experience in planning would be a plus. - Fluent in English and Spanish - SAP Knowledge will be highly appreciated
