The Workday Consultant will be an important customer spokesperson for the DXC Workday Practice. The Lead will help create strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions and will demonstrate how customers can realize substantial value by deploying the Workday HCM solution. Could be a part of implementation team supporting Workday functional system setup, testing and Integrations or Data Migration streams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead one or multiple functional domains.
- Coordinate with consultants from offshore locations.
- Organize discovery workshops across functional domains
- Business analysis representing a specific area(s) of functional expertise e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting
- Work as a part of a project team to support architecture, scoping, implementation and post-production phases of the projects
- Work with the Customer to identify data to be converted from legacy systems
- Support the data cleaning, conversion and respective validation processes
- Configure Workday according to customer requirements
- Test business processes and Workday configuration
- Develop and deliver customer-specific training and documentation
- Work independently. Take direction and provide status to the Engagement Manager assigned to their project
- Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client’s timelines are met
- Contribute to business development, by Solutioning new deals and presenting solutions and offerings to prospects.

**Preferred skills**
- Workday HCM Certified and one or more advanced certifications (Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, etc.).
- Strong consulting skills, handling customer expectations
- Excellent communication skills delivering to functional and management audiences.
- Practical experience gained on HCM implementation projects.
- Good understanding of technical topics (reports, data migration, integrations projects).
- Fluent in English and Spanish

**Additional expectations**
- Flexibility for business travels up to 50% of the time (primarily in EMEA)
- Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
- Command of German, French or Spanish language would be an additional asset
- Project Management skills or PM experience are very welcome
