ABOUT THE ROLE

Work directly with the Associate Director Delivery to deliver larger & complex projects as part of our Product Roadmap.

Establish the project plan, incl reports to monitor the progress and identify risks and dependencies.

Establish communication to various stakeholders on progress updates.

Coordinate the work between technical teams and business representatives.

We are looking for an IT Program Lead to support the associate director delivery; someone who isn’t afraid to jump into the front lines to figure out the business, technical and operational problems, is very structured and not scared of complex and chaotic situations, has the technical skills to find and build a better solutions; and is highly result oriented;

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Work closely with tech & ops leadership (VPs & engineering director)
- Understand the high level business requirements and support the tech teams with the implementation.
- Project Management : Be a resourceful, go-getting multitasker, supporting initiatives across business & tech by working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Prioritize and monitor the work according to the (business & tech) jointly defined objectives of the product to ensure the product vision is achieved, within defined framework (time, scope, budget)
- Develop the execution plan as part of the product roadmap to ensure a common understanding among the stakeholders
- Motivate the team and allow them to progress in an agile manner
- Preparation, evaluation, and coordination of relevant project information and further presentation of project results in decision-making committees.
- Active management of project risks and conflicts.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management.
- Strong negotiation and facilitation skills.

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE
- 4+ years of (IT-) project management / tech product manager/ consulting or related experience; some high-growth operations or startup experience is very much preferred
- Strong experience in defining structured approaches and solutions to complex, strategic topics with a deeply analytical and data-driven approach to issues
- Ability to work with remote teams
- Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and need to do them well
- Self-starter - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role
- Clear communicator and presenter. You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights
- Fluency in English, written and spoken - German is a plus
- Very good Google Sheet/slides skills
- Jira skills desirable
