The Internal Auditor will be responsible for running and leading end to end internal audits in alignment with the Internal Audit methodology.

He/she will identify and communicate issues raised, offering recommended solutions relevant to business and risk. He/she will ensure adherence to Internal Audit policies and procedures.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
- Assisting with the annual plan and the quarterly audit plan status report.
- Assisting with the delivery of end to end operational internal audits. This will include scoping, planning, testing and writing reports that enhance the Company’s success and control environment.
- Conduct wrap up meetings and inform leadership of audit findings.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with members of the Senior Executive Team, co-workers and other employees using principles of good customer service.
- Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engaging in cross functional projects.

**Requirements**:
**TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION**
- Earned a bachelor's degree with specialization in a business-related field.
- Proven experience in the audit fields at least 3 years.
- Have a detailed understanding of risk and controls and be able to articulate this with non-internal audit professionals.

- Integrity and reliability.
- Have a high ethical standard
- Ability to adhere to deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality, and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to get the job done, diligently and result-oriented with an ability to undertake other reasonable tasks as required.
- Is dedicated and strives to exceed expectations.
- Has a team mentality and loves collaboration.
- Common sense, friendly, reachable.
- Travel up to 25% of the year (both domestic and international).

**ENGLISH LEVEL**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills (Spanish / English).
- ** Italian is nice to have.
