**DESCRIPTION**:
We are looking for a Technical Lead or Architect with 5-10 years of experience in software development, strong architectural skills, and a profound knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies, to guide the design and implementation of a Knowledge Bot powered by GenAI.
**Role of the**Technical Lead**:
This role requires defining and validating the project’s technical architecture, coordinating with product and business teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions, and ensuring adherence to best development practices, code quality, and performance standards.
**Competencies**:
**Knowledge**and skills**:
- The position demands up to 3 years of experience in GenAI-related projects, prior experience as a Tech Lead or technical reference, and proficiency in technologies such as Python and.NET for backend development and React for frontend, while familiarity with GenAI tools is considered a plus.
- Strong technical leadership, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential.
- English at a conversational level is required.
