**Descripción**:
Grupo Crit selecciona para vacante de **BRUNCH OPERATIONS MANAGER** para una importante empresa de alquiner, mantenimiento y reparación de camiones y semirremolques, ubicada en **ZARAGOZA.**

**¿QUÉ FUNCIONES DESARROLLARÁS?**
- Gestionar el cumplimiento de los procesos operativos de la delegación y que éstos se mantienen alineados con la empresa.
- Atender al Plan Operativo en lo que respecta a Gastos de Mantenimiento de Flota y Costes Estructurales.
- Co-gestionar -junto con el responsable comercial asignado
- el crecimiento de negocio de la delegación (tanto en su faceta de alquileres como de servicios de mantenimiento a flotas).
- Potenciar la diversificación del port-folio de clientes de taller.
- Gestionar que los procesos del taller se ajustan al estándar establecido dando soporte al Supervisor de Taller en:

- Gobernanza del equipo de mecánicos.
- Alcanzar los KPI que miden el rendimiento del equipo técnico.
- Asegurarse que el equipo de mecánicos trabaja la gestión de las reparaciones paralelamente en la ERP.
- Velar por el estricto cumplimiento de las normas de PRL.
- Trabajar conjuntamente con el Gestor de Flota de las cuentas de la delegación para conseguir:

- Compliance de la flota (cumplimiento preventivos ).
- Maximizar productos como Asistencias24h.
- Promover el reporting y el análisis estadístico de los gastos de los clientes de la delegación.
- Optimizar la disponibilidad de flota de alquiler y potenciar una adecuada red de proveedores en el área geográfica asignada auditando el nível de servicio de la red externa de talleres.

**¿QUÉ OFRECEMOS?**
- Contrato indefinido
- Horario: de Lunes a Viernes de 9h a 18h (1h para comer)

**Requisitos**:

- Nível fluido de Inglés
- Obligatorio experiência previa en un puesto similar
- Uso de herramientas digitales
