ChangeGroup is looking for a **Project Manager **based in **Madrid, Spain**. The role will be responsible for Supervising, management, and planning of Retail Shopfitting projects throughout Europe.

**As a member of** **the Development Project Manager & Services Team at ChangeGroup you will be responsible for**:

- Leading project planning sessions
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
- Designing risk mitigation plan
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
- Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects

**This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements**:

- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
- Previous experience in similar positions in the Retail (Financial Services).
- Use of computer software tools (Office, Autocad, etc..).
- Good knowledge of English is required.
- Effective communication, problem solving and critical thinking.
