We are looking for an **FS Resources Planner**_ _**with the main responsibility in supporting the operations, resources, and to enable a smooth service/business on-site as well to deliver projects and then allocating and scheduling the work based on team capacity.

The preferred location for this position is in Valencia, Spain.

**Your role and responsibilities**

As a **FS Resources Planner** your work will focus on these responsibilities:

- Documentation management (CDP, Access to shipyards, travel documentation, etc.)
- Tools management (calibration, identification of potential needs, procurement)
- Trainings & Development (arrangement of classroom courses & OJT)
- Mantain certifications in PSM
- Safety (courses, We Care cases management).
- Personal protective equipment management (assignment and expiration of PPE).

**Requirements for the position**
- BSc. or bachelor's degree in a field like operations management, engineering, business, or economics.
- Abilities or willingness to manage documents.
- Good knowledge of software and planning tools.
- English (level B2).
- SAP knowledge is nice to have.
- Technical or engineering background is nice to have.
- Availability to travel for approximately 10% of the time.
- Teamworking skills.
- Able in communication at all levels.
- Safety mindset.
- Organization skills and problem-solver mindset.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Reporting and analysing skills.
